• This product is a double sided membrane tape.

• It is for joining membranes used in building and construction to prevent the passage of water and/or air, for example damp proof membranes and vapour control layers.

• This tape has a width of 50mm, a thickness of 1.5mm & a length of 10m.

• This tape is black in colour and has excellent adhesion properties.

• For best results - Clean all surfaces and make sure they are clean, dry, free of grease, dust, mortar and any other debris. Warming of product may be required if jointing under 10°C.

• As this tape is sticky on both sides, please take care when peeling the white backing paper away.

• Apply straight from the roll to the edge of membrane

• Press down firmly all the way along

• Remove backing paper

• Place the edge of the next membrane directly over the exposed membrane tape

• Use a roller to apply pressure to the whole area being jointed

• The overlap can now be sealed by a polythene joint tape

• This product has a shelf life of 24 months & a life expectancy of over 25 years. 

• Service temperature range  -40 TO +90 DEGREES C.

• Moisture Vapour Transmission Rate: - 0.010 g/m 2 /24hr/mm at 25 o C & 75% RH​
